The beds were very comfortable. the shower was good. the staff were very responsive to requests. I felt really cared for.
i found the air con was not working correctly. it stuck at a stifling 21 degrees all night. also, the green light at the door lit up the room like a haunted house.

The room was spacious. It included high-quality toiletries. all staff were friendly. The restaurant manager was helpful sourcing food.
The room lacked natural light, a disappointment for me. there were no bathroom extras, apart from the usual in the shower. I needed a shower cap.

the room had a very high ceiling that gave it a spacious feel i found a welcome pack with hot drinks and snacks in my room upon arrival. the fridge included a small bottle of milk i also appreciated the pristine decor throughout the hotel.
i noticed marks on the walls and baseboards which detracted a little from the otherwise immaculate condition.

The staff were really professional. they treated us like friends, not just customers. the room was spacious, showcasing a high ceiling. This feature was a pleasant surprise. i found a complimentary snack and hot drink pack in the room upon arrival.
I found marks on the wall and skirts already present. this detracted a little from the otherwise pristine decor. breakfast presented average qualities for the price i paid. The full scottish breakfast was a bit uninspired.

breakfast servings were above expectations thanks to louise, who went above and beyond. i experienced high-quality and well-prepared food throughout my stay. the full scottish breakfast included a quarter of a porty mushroom, a small detail.

the hotel provided early check-in during a big event; a goody bag and drinks were available. the decor is modern. i utilized the touch screen for light control, a contemporary convenience. elevator access was quick and convenient.
